I was buying eutherum to by ripple coin I had a 100 coins of ripple and 5 coins of eutherum.and they took it all wasn’t much but stealing is stealing and I would like it back if I can get it.

I had experimented with buying some Bit coin and XRP along time ago, i bought a couple thousand of each maybe back in 2015-2017 time frame, probably about 2k in each. I let it sit and forgot about it and now i been trying since last year to aacces the Bitsane website and wallet and i cant access it and cant see any info on it. I am not sure what can be done as its been so long, not sure if they were able to catch the scammers or what not. Please let me know if their is any chanc eof recovery or if I should just right it off?

My husband had an account Leonard Haberman and so did I. We invested into ripple, tron and btc approximately 7000k. We have been trying to track down our money on our own but have been unable.
XRP wasnt available in US in 2018 when I found Bitsane. I sent ETH to Bitsane to buy or convert to XRP. I lost 627+ coins of XRP, or it was stolen in the amount of $100.41 USD
Invested £10k in ether with bitsane. It plummeted as I bought it, but then bitsane vanished with the remains. Now the ether would be worth £20k...
I used Bitsane to purchase about 90 units of XRP (Ripple) a couple of years ago. The value plummeted shortly after I bought it so I never even checked it. Just recently, as XRP has started to climb back, I learned Bitsane was gone and apparently my crypto is gone too. If you can help me recover it, I would be greatly appreciative.

Lost access to my Bitsane account with $2000 in XRP.
